This Planning Application ( PA/11/02423 ) for 741 residential units, office space, a car dealership, a bar/restaurant, and associated infrastructure is now to be decided by the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation on 12 July 2012.
The public meeting will be help at the Old Town Hall, 29 The Broadway, Stratford E15 4BQ at 6pm. That's correct, it will be held in another Borough - presumably there isn't enough room in Tower Hamlets to discuss the a 741 residential development! On a more serious note, this application is for a Ward on Tower Hamlets that is already critically short of resources - especially schooling and yet no accommodation has been made in the application for this. Local consultation has been effectively zero.
